Who we are
Apex Arabia is a business setup consultancy for foreign investors entering Saudi Arabia. We take companies from their first document to a fully licensed, operating Saudi entity, and we stay with them through the first months of compliance.
We work with established international companies opening a branch or subsidiary, and with founders and SME owners who want to own 100% of their business in the Kingdom.
What we do
Our Complete Setup Package covers the whole journey in three phases, so you always know what is happening and what comes next.
- Phase 1, Documents and Authentication: preparing your parent company documents, powers of attorney and attestation, and checking that everything is ready to submit.
- Phase 2, Licensing and Commercial Registration: your MISA Investor License, name reservation, Commercial Registration and Articles of Association.
- Phase 3, Activation of Government Portals: National Address, Chamber of Commerce, Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, manager visa and corporate bank account opening.
Support after your license
Getting licensed is the start, not the end. Our package includes three months of complimentary PRO services, complimentary VAT filing for two quarters, a complimentary .sa domain and landing page, three months of complimentary bookkeeping software, and complimentary ISO QMS certification after three months.

We prepare and submit your applications through the official Saudi platforms, including the Ministry of Investment (MISA), the Saudi Business Center, the Ministry of Commerce, Chambers of Commerce, Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher, the National Address (SPL) and ZATCA for VAT.
