Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.apexarabia.sa (the "Website"), operated by [Registered legal entity name] ("Apex Arabia", "we", "us"), Commercial Registration number [Commercial Registration number]. By using the Website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Information only
The Website gives general information about setting up a business in Saudi Arabia. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not create an adviser-client relationship. See our Disclaimer for details.
3. Quotes and services
Sending us a message or requesting a quote does not create a contract. Our services are provided only under a written service agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the scope, fees, payment schedule and responsibilities. If that agreement and these terms differ, the service agreement applies to those services.
4. Prices and fees
Prices, government fees and processing times shown on the Website are estimates. Government fees are set by the relevant authorities, are paid by you directly, and can change without notice. VAT and the other exclusions listed on our pricing page are not included unless we say so in your quote.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Website for anything unlawful or misleading;
- send false, harmful or abusive content through our forms;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers or other users' data;
- interfere with the Website, for example by sending malware or overloading it;
- copy or scrape the Website at scale without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The Website, including its text, design, logos, images and code, belongs to Apex Arabia or its licensors and is protected by law. The names and logos of government bodies and other third parties belong to their owners. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Any other use needs our written permission.
7. Third-party websites
The Website links to other websites, such as government portals and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.
8. No guarantees
We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or always up to date. Approvals, licenses and visas are decided by government authorities, and we cannot guarantee any outcome or timeline.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Apex Arabia is not liable for losses that result from using or being unable to use the Website, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies in our Cookie Policy.
